Our dog park was built and is run by volunteers. We charge a small yearly membership fee which is used for upkeep of the park. You are asked to clean up your dogs droppings but we provide poop bags and a disposal covered canister which we empty daily.There are two separate areas, ( one large, one small) connected by a gate so you have the choice of keeping your small or shy or unsocialized dog away from the general population. We sponsor yearly events like Halloween for dogs day. Stop in to pick up our brochure and visit with your dog for an hour or two.
We also clean up in the Fall and spray the area for ticks every Spring.
It's a pretty dang good park. It has water for the dogs to drink and it's not too too muddy -- at least not when I went. My dog just didn't really dig the place, but hey, after his dog park tour of America, he's pretty picky.
First time today and was warmly welcomed by the people and the dogs alike. Seems well maintained and lots of trees for shade when the puppers get hot.
A friendly place to go with your dog. The park is fairly big and there are toys, water dishes, and kiddie pools provided along with plenty of doggie poop hat's and happy faces.
Awesome dog park! Henry always has a ton of fun here! All well behaved dogs and the owners of the dogs keep a close eye on them. Everyone picks up their dogs poop.
